I have a comparable design and planned to write it up quite some time ago. My
intent was to have it distribute and/or published after we had resources to
support additional users. I had hoped that at least two of JAWSAT, ASUSAT
and STENSAT would be usable. So i've gotten discouraged (and have been too
busy with a work to keep up even with QSLing), so i haven't completed the
testing of construction instructions. I'm still waiting to see what happens
with the SAUDISAT-1 and SAUDISAT-2, but absent that, i don't want to do
anything to make the over-crowding problems of AO-27 and UO-14 (in the
'States at least) worse. I remember well a brief trip to England where
i was hoping to make a transatlantic contact and couldn't get into the
UO-14 at all on the two passes i tried (and i did hear an FNxx station
on the pass i was best set up to try). If/when more users isn't going
to lead to more frustration, i'll write it up. Meanwhile, Arrow makes
a great product and i wouldn't want to compete with them in any case.

P.S. Cards go out when i get a new QTH. Maybe then you might hear me on
again.
