[amsat-bb] AO-40 new beacon text

Hi all,
right in the middle of my telemetry reception the beacon text was changed:

|  Spindown from 17.6 rpm proceeding OK,  ~ -0.8 rpm/perigee.  |

Telemetry showed activated magnetorquers until MA 9, the WOD channels were
changed from total current to earth sensor data ES1 and ES2.. guessing the
command team will first lower the spin rate while gathering more attitude
data and then try to move AO-40 into a more favorable position for
telemetry reception.
