[amsat-bb] Texas Potato Masher II

Hello:

I am thinking about building a copy of the Texas Potato Masher II to
work the FM LEO Satellites.

I have a few questions about the design however.

1. The loops have dimensions given, however it is not specified if that
is 1 half the loop or the entire loop

2. Are the reflector dimensions from hub to tip or from tip to tip

3. How are the loops joined at the top
