Hi Tim,
My first contacts were via UO14 too. I built a TPM II (see K5OE's website...
http://members.aol.com/k5oe ) to copy the 70cm downlink. It's an antenna
that's easy to build, works just fine and is circularly polarised, so
doesn't suffer fades as the
satellite rotates.
