A new version of WPSKDEC software is available now on our AMSAT-France WEB
site (http://www.amsat-france.org).
WPSKDEC software, running under Windows 9x and NT ,uses a sound card to
decode and display TLM data from AO-40.
The new version produces data files that are fully compatible with P3T
format and can therefore be stored in the VP9MU AO-40 TLM databank.
