Digital Sat. status on Feb.26

Digital Sat. status on Feb.26:

   UO-11 ...2401.500MHz  1200bps PSK : Not heard
   AO-16 ...2401.143MHz  1200bps PSK : Not heard
   UO-36 ... 437.375MHz 38400bps FSK : Not switched

I could not hear UO-11 S-beacon for the lower elevation(11deg).

And I could not switch on transmitter to UO-36 38k4 baud.
(Uplink 9600 baud, 145.960MHz / Downlink 38400 baud, 437.375MHz)
I had already switched on UO-36 registry with WiSP32. It may be 
wrong to setup on hardware or software yet.

      TS790 + TRX4S + TNC31S (SYMEK)
   or TS790 +  IFD  + TNC31S (SYMEK)

And I could not hear AO-16 S-beacon too.
AO-16  2401.143MHz (+/- doppler, kiss mode):

   Feb.25  23:19-23:27UTC : Not heard
   Feb.26  00:56-01:10UTC : Not heard
