[amsat-bb] Digital Sat. status on Feb.20

Digital Sat. status on Feb.20:

   KO-25 ... 436.500MHz  9600bps FSK : Not heard
   AO-10 ... 145.810MHz  CW/SSB      : V beacon


I could not hear anything KO-25 signals, but it will be
recoverd and solved the problem before long.

I observed AO-10 V-beacon from 03:00 to 05:40UTC(LOS).
I could hear 145.810MHz signals as very weak carier.

Amsat-News report on AO-10 as follows.

Uplink    435.030 to 435.180 MHz CW/LSB
Downlink  145.975 to 145.825 MHz CW/USB
Beacon 	  145.810 MHz (unmodulated carrier)
Launched: June 16, 1983 by an Ariane launcher from Kourou,
French Guiana.
Status: Semi-operational, mode-B. AO-10 has been locked into
a 70-cm uplink and a 2-meter downlink for several years.
