RE: KO-25 Pass 0130Z



The LOADER-9 callsign is the callsign that is used when reloading the
spacecraft on some older UoSAT type spacecraft (such as KO-25).  This means
that the OBC software has crashed, or has required reloading for some
reason.

I monitored the referenced KO-25 pass in EM73 and got "Frames heard from
LOADER-9" in my MSPE window.

What does that mean?
