Digital Sat. status at Feb.13:
TO-31 ... 436.925MHz 9600bps FSK : Operational in a limited area
SO-33 ... 437.910MHz 9600bps FSK : Beacon only
I observed and saved TO-31 signals at today, 13 Feb, 03:15-03:19UTC
While in this time, TO-31 is visible in common window within Thailand
and Japan. Amsat News report on TO-31 as follows.
> The TO-31 downlink will be off over most areas, with the exception of
> Europe and Thailand. This is required to allow control stations to
> recondition the battery with minimum power drain.
And I analyzed this TO-31 telemetry KISS data with DTLM program.
