[amsat-bb] Drake conversion parts

Hi All.

Just a quick note / reminder for those new Drake owners.

Should you consider changing the crystal and adding an LNA etc. The I have a 
small stock of:
8.8125MHz reduced height 15pF load crystals.
LNA kits based on the MGA86576
and a replacement dielectric filter should you want to go that far.

I've also added a photo of the 2.4GHz signal source (comb generator) as a 
couple of people were trying to figure out where the parts went on the PCB.
