Loading the KCT521 drivers from amsat.org did the trick.

There shouldn't be any need for updated drivers due to InstantTrack 1.50.
As far as I know the latest KCT drivers are those modified by N6KK for
additional radio control functionality, "KCT521". They are available at
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftpsoft.html#pc-rot
