Hi Johann...
I made my first satellite contacts ever using SO-35. The local technical
gurus, who aren't impressed by much, sat up and took notice when I made
satellite contacts with an HT and 19 in. flexible whip. Personally, I was
even more impressed when I could make SO-35 contacts with my desktop radio
and indoor antenna inside a steel frame "fireproof" apartment building. I
can barely hear AO-27 from inside my building, and can't hear UO-14 at all
from inside.
I'm looking forward to your next "bird."
Congrat's and thanks!
73,
Frank
