Hello Donald,
I used my handy on 1200 MHz 20 mW on a dummyload and looked for
the second harmonic. Very strong and stabil signal, and you can also tune
the yagi or dish over a distance of more then 1000 feet´s. It´s also useful
to calibrate azimut & elevation of your rotor system
