Jens,
Upon first seeing these numbers I thought the same as you. However, upon
looking more closely I find that they are real. AO-40 is always (except for
the last point listed) approaching the receiver. That's why they are all
doppler shifted higher than the transmit frequency of 2401.323 MHz. However,
the *rate* of approach is slowing down. Therefore the amount that the received
frequency is shifted becomes less. The very last point shows AO-40 moving away
from the receiver. Be careful with the Range number it is rounded off to the
nearest 100.
