[amsat-bb] AO-40 Spin Rate - My ERROR

Hi All,

I have just discovered that I made an error in calculating the
spin rate that I posted on 1/22/2001.  I also said that AO-40
had slowed its spin.  I was incorrect.

The correct spin rate was 17.69 Revs / Second.  The spin has
not slowed down.
