[amsat-bb] Thanks RE: EVMkit

Thanks to Steve, Mike, Alan and Mark for their input regarding the
TAPR EVM kit.  In summary, if you have access to the EVM, the
TAPR kit is well worth the expense.  Seems that there may be some
issues with input/output impedances, but nothing that can't be
fixed by replacing a few resistors.
