Not sure exactly what part of the manual you are looking at regarding
setting the DOS clock, but a critical item is to set the TZ environment
variable appropriately. If it is not set, I think it defaults to PST, after
all that's where Mr. Antonio lives!
I wrote a batch file to do this for me, I run it to start IT.EXE:
SET TZ=EST5EDT
C:\IT\IT.EXE
Alternatively, set TZ in the control panel/system properties/environment.
DISCLAIMER This is how I do it under NT, but I have to believe that Win2k
will work just the same. Just not sure if Bill put the environment variable
tab in the same spot.
