[amsat-bb] 38k4 Downlink Sats

Greetings

I've just done some surgery on a Paccomm TNC NB-96 to let me switch the RX &
TX independently between 9600 and 38400, plus I modded the computer
interface to allow 57600 baud.

Now I want to try it out!! My next AOS's are at about 0400 UTC :-(.

To save my fretting in the early hours, are both TIUNGSAT-1 and UO-36
operating currently, and if so are they 'on' 24x7?
