[amsat-bb] NOVA & IF100 Help

I was writing to M. Owen about NOVA for Windows and he said:

write a Windows driver for the IF-100.

Can somebody here provide Michael R.Owen nlsa@nlsa.com with the IF100
details so that
the IF100 users can enjoy NOVA for Windows ?
