[amsat-bb] fuji map update done.

  well guys, as usual i have done my map update. and only small
trimmings were needed.
  and on a better note for us digital types, i have talked with the ko-25
command team. the have increased the obc clock set routines which
along with uo-22's clock being accurate makes up a bit for the temp.
loss of to-31. be sure to check the box in wisp for use time to update
clock!
