[amsat-bb] Link to "smart level" used with radio telescope

This is interesting.  It says that the inclinometer board of the level
is available in qty. 1 prices about one-third less than the finished
level.  Gives an address & phone number.  Says that the board has an
RS-232 port.  Well worth looking at if you're interested in using one of
these for accurate antenna elevation positioning.
