[amsat-bb] PACSATS Non Kiss TNC?

Hello,

I have a PTC2(SCS) modem with a 38k4 capable fsk modem built in. I would
love to use it for
PACSAT (WISP) but so far no luck.

The TNC supports FULLDUP and cross rate TX 9K6 RX 38K4, but it does not
support KISS mode.
Does anybody know any tricks to get it to work with WISP ?
