I reckon you could just about blow the thing out of the sky with
that Michael. I use 10-30W to a 5/8 lambda vertical on 2m, and
receive 10m on my multiband HF vertical. Works fine. Used the
same antennas when mode T was active. FT-847 also, so 15m isn't
much good to me.
