[amsat-bb] RS QRP contact

I was able to work k9QHO, Mike, on the bird tonight using the FT817, 5 watts
on battery, a rubber duck on the 2m uplink and a piece of wire in the back
of the rig for the 10m downlink...all from my kitchen table.  The downlink
was strong most of the pass too.  Not many other stations on these passes
however.
