Update to above. AT 2000Z 2Jan 2001, AO-40 poked it's nose above the
horizon for an hour at five degrees elevation. MA 26 at 30000 KM range.
No telemetry heard but a carrier, dead on frequency with negative doppler
heard S1. Responded to dish angle as well. Cliff K7RR
