Re: AO-40 MAs.

This was captured in Europe by a single station with a very good setup - the
only capture at all this orbit!. The MAs came from telem, ... everything in
the archive is based upon what the spacecraft thinks, ... that way we have a
common data set to correct from, otherwise we all get confused with
different keps, different clocks, different propagation models etc, ...

Looks like Saturday's pass will be a good chance for North American
stations, I hope we can get a lot of people trying.
