[amsat-bb] AOS AO-40

Hi Ken,
	If you need them here are some more AOS times

Position:	33.9156S/150.97776E 16.5m alt WGS84
AOS:		1226 1602 UTC observed
		1226 1601 UTC predicted with "SatTrack" and element set 16 (N2WWD).

This aquisition was just the beacon with no telemetry. However the 
telemetry was heard to start at time ~1621. The signal dropped into the 
noise at 1226 1641UTC. Probably a bit quiet for my Mode S gear.
