[amsat-bb] FM Simplexers on AO-27 Today

	HI Folks,

I sent a nice  E-mail to the "offenders" who were working simplex FM on
the 
AO-27 uplink today.  We'll see if it does any good.  There are in the Los
Angeles
area.
