Amsat-DL posting

New post on the Amsat-DL AO-40 web page:

The COMMAD-ASSIST emergency routine didn't start on Dec 21st. So the next
date it could occur will be Dec 25th. Commandstations still avoid to send a
possible hard-reset to the IHU. This could lead to a loss of all data
captured during the event on Dec 13th, which might give some clearance of
the event. NORAD has released again a new, more detailed dataset for AO-40.
Bob McGwier checked the keplerians with reported AOS/LOS-times from Dec 11 -
13 and found only delays in the range of seconds. So there is no evidence
for any other orbit-changing event except the planned motor-burn on Dec
11th. Reports about GB signals of the 70-cm-exciter close to perigee have to
be further verified.
