Chaos. And there's nothing to prevent it. Nor does anything keep a
station from transmitting wideband noise on a satellite uplink to jam
whatever transmissions are there, regardless of the modulation mode
or multiple access protocol.

Even on the Internet, nothing prevents you from modifying your TCP to
disable the congestion control algorithms that help keep the Internet
stable. So far this hasn't been a serious problem, at least on the
part of end users; in practice, bugs in the protocol stacks of certain
major software vendors have been the bigger problem.
