Re: Amateur radio module on commercial Geo Sat?



TI has announced dsp chips operating at 0.5V, making them intinsically
more robust to radiation since latchup begins at 0.7V. They also will
have matched memories and some glue around the dsp. Not all the way, but
a good part of it.
