[amsat-bb] AO-40

I am receiving a steady unmodulated carrier at 435.562 in the direction of 
AO-40. It disappears with antenna movement off the bird. This was at 1300 UTC 
12/21. Using KLM 40CX and 20db preamp in the shack. Hope this shows signs of 
life.
