[amsat-bb] Signal From P3D?

I am receiving a weak rough carrier that exhibits Doppler on 145.897.

Using element set #12 AZ 119 EL 26 from FM29 - signal fades with az change
and elevation changes.

Spectrogram Freq shift 1109 to 1518 Hz over a 9 minute period.

Hope this is AO-40 coming back to us.
