[amsat-bb] Yet more Element(ary) analysis

Several  folks have sent me AOS/LOS times
post burn.  The difference between those
observed times and the set Ken received
from NORAD based on radar painting, differ
in SECONDS at most.  It appears to me
that NO propulsive event of any significance
occurred after the planned (but anomalous) burn.
