[amsat-bb] AO-40 Height

Put in the latest keps from www.amsat.org.  Wow!  These put AO-40 at a range
of about 58,600km at LOS!

Thanks to all and their tireless efforts regarding AO-40.  Also thanks to
the level-headed responses from such as Peter Guelzow and Stacey Mills who I
think quoted, "When in danger or in doubt, run in circles, scream and
shout."  Sorry, Stacey, I had to use this yesterday at work.  Thanks to the
control operators who have donated countless hours and money on this
project.
