[amsat-bb] P3D report

F0 = 435.455.4 MHZ
Mode USB
AZ 87 ELEV 5
KOUROU
Signal : first carrier + second carrier + 400 Hz

For frq =F0 this a report measured (cool edit 2000)  on AF (local time) :

08h25 1654 Hz
08h48 1527 Hz
09h22 1391 Hz
09h38 1333 Hz
10h29 1206 Hz

Conclusion :

AZ/ELV = OK/ tle amsat ranging - signal disappear when I turn antenna
Dopller law is right
external QRM :
- PC =  no
- receiver = no
- Other device in QRA = no

I wainting LOS calculate by tle +/- a certain time...

If somebody can corfirm
