Perhaps AMSAT should begin to plan for a new high orbit bird now using the
knowledge base and expertize that were assembled for the completion of
P3D.If there are identifiable probable causes for the demise of P3D,like
sticky engine valves,then the problematic componets should be replaced with
more reliable technology.
