AO-40 Keps - Alternative Set #9

Set #9 Keplerian elements were derived solely from AMSAT Command Station
ranging data taken on 2000-DEC-11 and 2000-DEC-12. I would appreciate any
stations giving these Keps a try and possibly comparing them with Set #8 in
terms of AOS/LOS timing and/or signal strength with beams pointed by either
set of Keps.
