Characteristics sounds like carrier-PSK,sometimes sounds like
telemetry-characteristic.
BUT ABSOLUTLY WEAK,VERY DEEP IN NOISES AND QSB...and
a lot of QRM from AO10 operators around 145.898 +/- doppler.
AO10-operators..!
PLEASE LET`S HAVE A FREE WINDOW,WITHOUT ANY ACTIVITY
AROUND 145.900 Mc +/- 10 Kc .
The AO10 transponder-passband give more as enough other wide range for
use...!
