[amsat-bb] AO-40 Spot

Hearing carrier at 145.897.4MHz bearing 260 degrees, 8 degrees elevation
from Oklahoma City.  Some very subtile QSB, but carrier sound steady.  Did a
comparison to other birds; none on that same azimuth.  Tried shuting down
the computer; carrier remained.

The signal just began a slight warbling at 2226Z.

Using the HyGain Satellite antenna w/ ARR 2m GasFet into a 736.
