[amsat-bb] AO-40 Keps

Is set number 8 still the best guess?  I will have time to do some
monitoring the next couple of days.  The AZ/El yagis here are fairly large,
and I am blessed with a very low backgorund noise.  What are the prefered
frequencies to monitor?
