Nicolau,
What radio are you using?
I'm using an FT-847 and I've been hearing this since I started hunting for
AO40 on UHF this morning.
I verified that the signal is NOT a birdie from within my home, by shutting
off the MAIN, and using a battery to power the rig. Still there....
There is VERY definate QSB to it.....small fades, and surges.
At 2012z I have LOS, and will know for sure then.
