[amsat-bb] ARU values and AO40 Valves

Hi:

Thanks to Ron Long for pointing out to me that
ARU are the array panel releases and that
is what the block on P3T says:  LIU /SP release
(Solar Panel) release.

The other values before ARU are exactly
what you would expect to see if you had
fired the pyro valves,  releasing the He to
pressurize the tanks and have the valves shut
to the motor as the low pressure side of the
regulator is the motor side.
