[amsat-bb] Set #6

Hello Ken,

Set #6 predicted AOS at 1306z on 12oct00, with 094° el.

As I suspected I listened early, at 1206z and the sigs were on when I
turned the rig on, with fairly strong sigs...tele indicated "No S2 MB
operation for several orbits" with an az of ~13°.  AOS ????

Initial frequency 145.896, increasing....

Agn, I'm 32° 47' N and 117° 11' W at 60 meters alt.
