  The LOS time was 20:03 (11:03z) at my QTH PM53JV. It is too much
different from that I calculated with Ken's keps. Maybe we should
reduce some more numbers of Mean Motion from the element above.

  I came back home at 19:55 (10:55z) - just a few minutes before
LOS, so I got just a few numbers of telm. brocks. It says as;
