Hi Ken,
For 48°14.382 N / 16°19.236E / 275 m
TLE #6 predicts AOS on 2000-12-12 at 08:02:30 UT.
AOS observed: 08:00 UT, weak signals S1 to S3 (versus S9++ all the
previous days)
Marginal telemetry decoding (more than 50% CRC errors average)
At 08:45 UT actual antenna direction 250°/0° (versus 215°/19° predicted)
S2 beacon not heard (probably due to uncertain antenna direction ?,
AO-40 behind the Vienna woods ?)
LOS around 08:48 UT (TLE #6 LOS predicted: 16:02 UT)
At 09:00 UT again signals from 270°/0°.
The orbital plane has obviously changed quite a lot.
