Hi Ken,

IT predicted LOS at 0107z. In San Diego 32° N, 117° W, 60 meters alt. I
got LOS
at 16:39:50z....Up until about 2 min before LOS I was getting good CRCC
checks, and
telemetry and IT both indicated a phase of 142.

I had to keep increasing frequency to keep up with the doppler well on by
the IT and
telemetry indication of phase 128. The increase was slowing, but I got no
indication
of a change in range by a decrease in apparent frequency...Indicated phase 128
not at apogee??

Whoever blasted it off is going to make me get up at 0400 to check AOS!!!
And that is just great!
