Below is the estimated post burn #1 Keplerian Elements for the AMSAT OSCAR
40 spacecraft. The burn ignition occurred at approximately 2000-DEC-11 1604
UTC. Note that these Keplerian elements represent the planned burn profile;
the actual post-burn orbit may be somewhat different. Thus tracking reports
with station WGS-84 lat/lon/alt and times of AOS/LOS versus *these*
estimated Keps would be helpful.
