Within approximately an hour of the reported burn event, Ken's element
set #6 was posted to the A0-40 Keps page of amsat.org. I guess Ken had it
ready to publish and on file with KB5MU to post when the burn was scheduled.
Element set #6 had a Mean Motion of 1.57033357 rev/day. Seeing this
element set was my first clue that the burn apparently took place.
Viktor's message was the second.
However I have not heard AO-40 this morning as predicted by element set #6.
Also the AMSAT web page has reverted to element set #5 possibly indicating
that the burn did not take place after all. I will listen at 16:45 UTC
to see if AO-40 appears on schedule as predicted by set #5.
