[amsat-bb] For the S-Band Homebrewer

Anybody wishing to bypass the typical $150 plus dollars for a pro job S-Band downconverter needs to look here, with a signal source as well!

32dB Conversion Gain
1.8dB Noise Figure (Depends on how good you are at tuning I guess!)
